Our number one priority is your satisfaction with our products. As much as we would love to be able to cover all return and shipping fees, as a small company we just aren't set up for that yet. Our goal is to get there as we continue to grow and expand.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all parts. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proof of either is required. Our first steps are to identify the issue and in many cases a replacement part can be shipped to you to fix the issue. If replacement item is no longer available or we cannot fix the issue we will send you a return shipping label.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original documents. Otherwise a 25% restocking fee is applied. This will be assessed when returned item is received.
We pay for return shipping fees if the item is deemed faulty. If not, the return shipping price is subtracted from the refund total.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if not, the equivalent of a cardboard box to keep it protected in transit) with all the original documents and parts. Otherwise a 25% restocking fee is applied. This will be assessed when returned item is received.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. We will then send you a return shipping label.

Refunds (Returns & Warranty)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Shopify policy is 3-10 business days).
If you purchased the Route Protection Plan, please notify them and follow the steps on their site or through their app. If you did not, please notify us and we will investigate the matter further and see what steps we can take.
Late or missing refunds
Shopify's policy is 3-10 business days for funds to return to your bank account.
If funds have not been applied after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, our warranty still applies.
If for any reason shipments are not received due to customer being unavailable or other, customer will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
